Day 7 on the mats: don't break the streak
Last updated October 18, 2026 · 0:29
The flame at the top of the counter shows how many days in a row you have logged at least one submission. This clip starts on day six and logs the first sub of day seven.
What happens in the video
- The counter opens with six days in a row already logged.
- A rear naked choke on a blue belt goes in, the first sub of the day.
- The streak jumps to seven and the app calls out the milestone.
- Skip a day and the count starts over.
The app celebrates at 3, 7, 14, 30 and 60 days and beyond. A streak is a nudge, not a training plan, though. Rest days matter, and how often beginners should actually train is the better guide to how many days a week makes sense.
